shadow knights and priests (rare) and the Price (in PVP zone).

Another way to farm Symbols:

Go to GSL and kill first boss.
Get someone into the team who's 9th gate quest (cant remember the name)
isn't completed
Let that member talk to the mirror, the random demon will spawn
Kill and loot Symbols of Champion
